DRY POLYMER FEEDER

The EXCELL Series 7000 Dry Polymer Feeder is engineered to prevent the problems associated with other dry polymer feeders. It is reliable, quiet, and compact. The feeder is easy to operate and simple to maintain.

The EXCELL Dry Polymer Feeder is a modular system. It is available complete with tanks and pumps. It can also be adapted for use with existing tanks.

POLYDUCTOR The Polyductor is a high energy eductor. It was specifically designed, by EXCELL, for polymer service. The polyductor suctions, disperses and hydrates the polymer. The suction air flow causes the polymer to enter the polyductor wetting section with a very high velocity. This results in a finer dispersion and a faster hydration. The dilution water continuously rinses the interior walls to prevent build-up.

DISC FEEDER The Disc Feeder reliably feeds the polymer. The disc is vacuumed by the Polyductor suction air flow. This prevents polymer build-up. The disc feed rate is controlled by very low speed DC motor.
